The Prep We Don’t Skip
Every interior job starts with protection — floors masked, furniture wrapped, hardware removed rather than painted around. Walls get filled, sanded, caulked, and primed where needed; glossy trim gets scuffed so the new coat bonds. Outside, we pressure-wash, scrape to sound wood, prime bare spots, and caulk the joints that let water in. Two finish coats minimum, always.
